I agree, and I recommend Graham Hancock to learn more. But I don't think the tale of the compass-guided chariot is one of those ancient hidden truths.

Its interesting that A Chinese emperor was said to be using a magnetic compass in 2638 BC . I suspect this true since our ancestors throughout Ancient History were far more capable and intelligent than we give them credit for.

Benjamin Park is persuasive on his skepticism for the ancient Chinese story. The compass was either invented in China and brought to the West in the thirteenth century, or potentially vice versa. As a top-secret military technology, knowledge of the compass was closely held, and it may have been known earlier with knowledge of the technology only becoming known in the thirteenth century.

The illustration of the chariot was interesting, so I made a point of sharing the story.
